The nationwide talent search begins!

Alongside Ricardo Ramos—a world-class instructor and president of his own dance franchise in Mexico—we are creating an elite male formation to represent the Academy at major events in Poland and abroad.

We are looking for the strongest, most committed, and ambitious dancers who want to work in a professional environment.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking individuals:

• With potential or experience in dance.

• With high movement awareness.

• With the motivation to work at the highest level.

• Ready for intensive training, growth, and the tournament season.

Categories:

• Youth and Children

• Adults (18+)

• Masters (30+) – if you have character, stage energy, and great movement, age is no obstacle.

Goals of the Formation

The new male group will be prepared for:

• Polish National Championships.

• International Salsa Congresses.

• Artistic events and festivals.

• Stage performances and media projects.

Who is the Instructor?

Ricardo Ramos An instructor, artist, and leader from Mexico, renowned for his extraordinary musicality, strong masculine technique, and years of experience working with groups. His style is energetic, precise, and deeply rooted in salsa culture.
