Salsa Mentorship was created from observing dancers,
who at a certain stage do a lot,
but they see no real improvement in the quality of dancing.
The problem is not a lack of talent or motivation.
The problem is the lack of a complete Latin dance structure.
and omitting elements that actually influence
quality of movement.
In Latino, quality does not come from the number of figures.
It comes from the relationship with music and from understanding the culture of dance.
and from conscious work with the body.
Latin dancing is not just a form of movement.
It's a way of listening to music, reacting to it
and expressing it with body and heart.
Salsa isn't just a single class. Salsa is a whole.
At Turska Dance Academy we do not teach by accident.
Based on experience gained on dancefloors and stages around the world,
as World Champions Paulina Turska and Riccardo Ramos
we have created a coherent system for learning salsa,
which leads to real quality of dance, not just knowledge of figures.
Instead of one activity, we propose four pillars,
because this is what salsa looks like in its full, true form.
This approach comes from years of work, observation and practice,
both in solo dancing, in pairs, and on social dance floors
all over the world.
Therefore, Conscious Salsa includes:

Our students develop in various parts of the world, from Poland, through Mexico, to the film and art communities.
We work with people who dance for pleasure, as well as with actors, film producers and stage professionals.
Regardless of the starting point, this way of working leads to real progress.
This approach is a conscious decision by the masters,
based on years of experience, practice and observation in various dance cultures.
