What is this?
This is an intensive Salsa Practice & Social Floor series combined with spinning, core and rotation control training.
This is a space where you can repeat figures, practice leading and following, and develop natural, conscious body movement in social dance.
For whom?
For dancers at at least a beginner level who want to develop:
speed control
fluidity of movement and body movement
confidence in social dance
elegance and quality of dancing in pairs and solo
A partner is not required – rotation applies.
Perfect for people who want to dance more confidently, fluidly and musically – both in solo and partner dances.
What will happen?
spinning technique – body axis, balance, spot, stabilization
upper body isolation (ribs, chest, arms)
improving the fluidity of steps and footwork
lead & follow
timing, rhythm, musicality and cadence in dance
social training like on a real dance floor

Organization of classes
