How to move to a higher level?
To achieve full freedom of movement and a solid foundation, it is recommended to attend classes at one level for a minimum of 3 months.
Transitioning to a higher level occurs after a consultation with the instructor, who will assess your technical readiness, musicality, and movement flow.
Class Organization
