Body Movement
What is it?
Body Movement classes focus on body awareness and control. This training combines elements of dance, stretching, isolations, and breathing techniques. You will learn how to move different parts of your body—from your feet and hips to your shoulders and chest—with fluidity and intention.
It serves as a foundation that enriches any dance style (such as salsa, bachata, hip hop, or sexy dance) while acting as a developmental workout for both body and mind.
Who is it for?

Beginners who want to feel greater freedom and lightness in their movement.
-
Dancers of all styles looking to enhance their technique, styling, and expression.
-
Men and women—because working on the body is universal.
-
Anyone who wants to get to know their body better and feel more comfortable in it.
Open Level
