Dancehall
What is it?
Dancehall is an energetic, rhythmic dance style originating from Jamaica. It is a combination of powerful steps, bodywork, a distinct character, and a massive dose of positive energy. Children and teenagers learn movement, dynamics, confidence, and expression—all while having a blast and burning off all that school-day energy.
