REGULATIONS FOR THE SALE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OF THE TURSKA & RAMOS DANCE SPACE FOUNDATION

Version effective from August 19, 2026.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The store is run by the Turska & Ramos "Przestrzeń Tańca" Foundation with its registered office in Gdynia (81-380), at 1 Armii Wojska Polskiego 8/U4, NIP: 5862432622, REGON: 545215394, KRS: 0001243661.

  2. The Academy's website is available at: www.turskadanceacademy.com.

  3. Contact with the Seller:

  4. The Regulations define the rules for using the store, placing orders, making payments, providing services, selling products and submitting complaints.

  5. The purchase of products or services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

DEFINITIONS

  1. Shop – sales activity conducted under the Turska Dance Academy brand.

  2. Seller – “Przestrzeń Tańca” Foundation Turska & Ramos.

  3. Customer – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit purchasing products or services.

  4. Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business activity.

  5. Product – a product, service, online course, workshop, pass or voucher offered by the Seller.

  6. Sales Agreement – an agreement concluded between the Customer and the Seller.

STORE OFFER

  1. The seller offers:

    • passes for dance classes,

    • workshops and training,

    • online courses,

    • gift vouchers,

    • dance clothes and accessories,

    • other products and services related to the activities of Turska Dance Academy.

  2. Passes, workshops, online courses and vouchers can be purchased via the Fitssey website or app.

  3. Dance clothes and accessories are only available in-store at the Turska Dance Academy headquarters, unless the Seller clearly states otherwise.

PLACING ORDERS

  1. Orders for digital services and products can be placed via the website 24 hours a day.

  2. The customer is obliged to provide true data necessary to complete the order.

  3. Prices are given in Polish zloty and are gross prices.

  4. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller or receipt of payment.

  5. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to process an order in the event of incorrect data being provided or non-payment.

PAYMENTS

  1. The customer can make payment:

    • cash,

    • by payment card,

    • online transfer,

    • BLIK,

    • Google Pay,

    • Apple Pay.

  2. Payment for purchased products or services is made in advance.

  3. Failure to pay may result in order cancellation.

  4. The date of payment is deemed to be the date of receipt of funds or effective authorization of electronic payment.

COLLECTING PRODUCTS AND ACCESSING SERVICES

  1. Passes, workshops, online courses and vouchers are made available electronically or assigned to the Customer's account in the reservation system used by the Academy.

  2. Physical products offered by the Seller, in particular dance clothing and accessories, are available only in stationary sales.

  3. Collection of physical products takes place at the Turska Dance Academy headquarters.

  4. The Seller does not conduct mail order sales of clothing and accessories, unless otherwise indicated in the product description.

TICKETS

  1. Purchased passes are subject to the rules set out in the current Turska Dance Academy Regulations.

  2. Passes for Turska Dance Academy classes are personal and can only be used by the person for whom they were purchased or assigned in the reservation system.

  3. The pass may not be transferred, resold or made available to third parties.

  4. The pass is valid for 30 days from the date of its activation, unless the offer for a specific type of pass clearly states a different validity period.

  5. The customer is obliged to use the purchased entries within the validity period of the pass.

  6. After the validity period of the pass, unused entries are forfeited and are not transferred to the next pass or period.

  7. The validity period of the pass cannot be extended due to failure to use the classes for reasons attributable to the Client, in particular due to absence, illness, departure, holiday, professional or private obligations or change of the Client's plans.

  8. Failure to use all or part of the entries within the validity period of the pass does not constitute grounds for a refund of all or part of the pass price, subject to the Consumer's rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.

  9. If the Academy cancels a class, the participant retains the right to use their assigned entry for other available classes in accordance with the Academy's policies. If, for reasons attributable to the Academy, it is impossible to use the purchased service within the pass's validity period, the Academy will provide a solution in accordance with applicable law.

  10. Purchasing a pass constitutes acceptance of these Regulations and the applicable Regulations of Turska Dance Academy.

WORKSHOPS AND EVENTS

  1. The number of places at workshops and events may be limited.

  2. The place is reserved after payment.

  3. If the organizer cancels the workshop, the Client will receive a refund or the opportunity to participate on another date.

  4. Detailed conditions for participation in individual events may be specified separately for each event.

ONLINE COURSES

  1. Access to the online course is granted once payment has been received.

  2. The training materials constitute the intellectual property of the Seller.

  3. It is prohibited to copy, distribute, record, publish or make available the materials to third parties without the written consent of the Seller.

  4. Access to the course is intended solely for the person who made the purchase.

  5. 5. By purchasing an online course, the Customer consents to the delivery of digital content before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period.

  6. The Customer acknowledges that starting to use the online course by gaining access to training materials results in the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract regarding the digital content provided.

  7. Refunds for online courses are not available after access to the training materials, except in cases provided for by applicable law or in the event of a justified complaint.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

Products and services purchased online

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of a pass concluded remotely within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that he or she has not started using the pass.

  2. Starting to use the pass means, in particular, participating in the first classes, using the first entry or activating the rights resulting from the pass.

  3. Once the voucher is used, the Consumer loses the right to withdraw from the contract in respect of the voucher used.

  4. The passes are personal and cannot be transferred, resold or made available to third parties.

  5. The consumer may withdraw from the contract for the purchase of a place at the workshop within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, provided that the workshop has not started before the expiry of that period.

  6. If, with the express consent of the Consumer, the provision of the service has begun before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal expires at the commencement of the workshop.

  7. The declaration of withdrawal from the contract should be sent electronically to the following address: turskaramosacademy@gmail.com or akademiapauliny@gmail.com.

Online courses and digital services

  1. The Customer agrees to commence the provision of services and delivery of digital content before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period.

  2. After obtaining access to the purchased online course, the right of withdrawal may expire in the cases provided for by applicable law.

Stationary shopping

  1. Clothes and accessories purchased in-store are not subject to the statutory right of withdrawal from a distance contract.

  2. Any returns or exchanges of products purchased in-store may only be accepted on terms individually determined by the Seller.

COMPLAINTS

  1. The Customer has the right to submit a complaint regarding a purchased pass, workshop, online course or other service offered by the Seller.

  2. A complaint may be filed in particular in the event of:

a) non-compliance of the service with its description,

b) inability to use the purchased service due to reasons attributable to the Seller,

c) technical defects or errors that prevent the use of the online course,

d) other significant irregularities resulting from the actions or omissions of the Seller.

  1. A subjective assessment of classes, workshops or online courses, in particular different customer expectations regarding the program, style of conducting classes or level of difficulty, does not in itself constitute a basis for accepting a complaint.

  2. 5. The complaint should include:

- Client's name and surname,

- contact details,

- order number or date of purchase,

- description of the reported problem.

  1. The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.

COPYRIGHT

  1. All content on the website, online courses, training materials, photos and recordings is protected by copyright.

  2. It is prohibited to copy, distribute and use the materials without the consent of the Seller.

PERSONAL DATA AND GDPR

  1. The administrator of personal data is the "Przestrzeń Tańca" Turska & Ramos Foundation.

  2. Personal data are processed for the purpose of:

    • order fulfillment,

    • customer service,

    • communication related to the Academy's activities,

    • marketing activities carried out in accordance with legal provisions.  

  3. The customer has the right to:

    • access to data,

    • rectification of data,

    • deletion of data,

    • processing restrictions,

    • data transfer,

    • object to data processing.

  4. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy.

FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Seller reserves the right to change the Regulations for important organizational, legal or technical reasons.

  2. Amendments to the Regulations do not affect the rights acquired by Customers before their entry into force.

  3. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.

  4. The Regulations are effective from the date of publication on the website.
