OPEN DAYS - "A Movement That Speaks"
Psychological and dance workshops for young people
An important element of the project is the prevention of peer violence (bullying).
Workshop program:
-group integration through movement and dance
-dance as a tool for expressing emotions and building expression
-working with the body, space and boundaries in relationships with others
-building self-confidence through improvisation and creative movement
-summary and reflection
Presenter: Sandra Balcerak – psychologist and dance instructor. She combines psychological knowledge with work through movement, using dance as a tool to support the emotional and social development of young people.

Salsa Battle: On1 vs On2
Are you Team ON1 or Team ON2? Time to test it out on the dance floor!

Secrets of the World Champion's Turning Technique
Dreaming of faster, more stable, and more effective spins? This training was created just for you.
During this 90-minute workshop, you will learn the foundations of our original Spinning Technique method, which will help you learn to spin with greater control, ease, and confidence.
During the workshops you will learn:
how to maintain balance while spinning,
how to use spotting and head work,
how to properly position your body and center of gravity,
how to increase speed and rpm control,
how to eliminate the most common errors.
